Abstract:	本發明係關於一種快速檢測金黃葡萄菌的方法,其中藉由利用特定抗體對金黃葡萄球菌之細胞壁上所特有的蛋白A進行偵測,以達到利用免疫試片而能達到快速檢測金黃葡萄球菌的效果。其中,以檢測S. aureus細胞壁上所特有的蛋白A(Protein A),快速檢測出金黃葡萄菌,並且以該方法應用在本發明另相關於利用前述抗體偵測的方法,將抗體設置於一可拋棄式免疫層析試片(immunochromatographic strip)上而提供方便使用的好處。由於本發明的抗體靈敏度高,並可藉由免疫層析試片的方式進行檢測,因此本發明具有下列優點,樣品不需前處理、所需樣品量少、操作方便、檢測快速、低成本、有效檢測以及不需要任何儀器之使用。
