Abstract:	本發明的主要目的係關於一種檢測發炎的方法，其中，利用C卷反應蛋白為抗原，進行多株及單株抗體之生產，本發明亦關於一種利用上述方法所開發而成之免疫層析試片，本發明所製備之免疫層析試片為可拋棄式，不僅具有方便、快速、經濟、有效之優點，且待檢測之樣品不需前處理且無需要使用其他輔助儀器讀取檢測結果，因而可滿足一般大量檢測之所需，在預防醫學及疾病追蹤上具有相當價值。
