    Abstract: 　 本發明係有關於一種具保健之西點食品，其包含有一西點食品、一發酵液與一內餡；該西點食品之製造方法包括：(1)提供一西點食品；(2)塗佈一發酵液至該西點食品之一內壁；以及(3)注入一內餡至該西點食品內，該內餡混合一乳酸菌發酵液；如此，該西點食品可增加人體腸內的益菌亦可增加人體的身體健康。
