    摘要: 為探求雜環苯駢哌哢之結構與活性關係,乃從事2-( 4-喹啉)苯駢哌哢及2-( 3-喹啉)苯駢哌哢二者衍生物之合成研究。4-喹啉甲醛係由氫氯酸苯胺及乙烯乙酮經Doebmer-miller反應及Riley氧化反應而製得。3-喹啉甲醛係由喹啉,經溴化後以氰基取代而得3-氰基喹啉再經Raney Nickel還原而製成。由Fyies轉位反應及Nencki反應得到的2-羥基苯乙酮衍生物與4-喹啉甲醛經Claisen-Schmidt縮合反應,得到6種2-羥基-3 - ( 4-喹啉)丙烯苯甲酮衍生物;與3-喹啉甲醛於低鹼濃度下反應,得到6種未脫水之2-羥基-3-羥基-3-( 3-喹啉)苯丙酮,於高鹼濃度下則得到6種脫水產物2-羥基-3-( 3-喹喹)丙烯苯甲酮衍生物。由上所得之2-羥基-3-( 4-喹啉)丙烯苯甲酮以二氧化硒於1, 4一 二氧陸圜閉環得6種2-( 4-喹啉)苯駢哌哢衍生物,而2-羥基-3-( 3-喹啉)丙烯苯甲酮與二氧化硒1,4一二氧陸圜中不進行氧化閉環反應,改用正戊醇為溶劑才得到6種2-( 3-喹啉)苯駢哌哢衍生物。
