    摘要: 化粧品中硫磺定量之重量法、比濁法等操作煩雜,精密度亦差,本實驗乃就鋇原子吸光分析法加以檢討。檢品以濃硝酸及溴氧化溶解,配合的硫磺生成硫酸根離子後,鹽酸酸性(約0.05M )下,加熱,加入定量氯化鋇試液,沉澱之硫酸鋇熟成、濾別後,濾液中過剩量之鋇以原子吸光分析法測定,間接可對硫加以定量。試驗已知濃度試樣之回收率為99.2%,變異係數為0.85%。應用本間接法分析市售化粧霜、化粧水等的結果,並無可確認妨害成分,配合的硫磺可迅速精確地加以定量,乃一可行性之微量分析法。
