Abstract:	為探求膽固醇衍生物之結構與活性之關係，及對於液晶方面的運用，乃從事膽固醇衍生物的合成研究。在此篇報告中我們列出一些合成結果。膽固醇與氯化苯甲酸，氯化乙酸，亞硫酸二氯，異氰酸苯酯，光氣，反應可得到各膽固醇衍生物。由膽固醇和光氣反應所得之氯甲酸膽固醇可再與苯胺，乙醇，正丁醇反應。
