    Abstract: 本研究製備amine-s-triazine-C18 鍵結靜相的目的,在於分離多環芳香烴。以amine-s-triazine-C18 鍵結靜相在HPLC 上,對一些多環芳香烴的分離及滯留行為的探討。在移動相中,乙腈與水比例為55:45 時,可以有效分離7 種多環芳香烴。由層析結果顯示,鍵結靜相與分析物之間的疏水性作用力以及π-π 作用力,在滯留機轉上,扮演重要的角色。
    The amine-s-triazine-C18 bonded phase was prepared for the separation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The separation and retention behavior of seven polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was investigated in HPLC using Amine-s-triazine-C18 bonded phase. Effective separations of the seven polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were achieved using acetonitrile-water (55:45, v/v) in mobile phase. Chromatographic results indicate that π-π interaction and hydrophobic interaction between the bonded phase and analytes play significant roles in the retention mechanism.
