為發揮水資源調配支蓄豐濟枯,水利署(1999)開始進行ASR(Aquifer Atorage Recovery)地下水補注與回用先驅研究計畫,目的為評估ASR井地下水補注過程中,引用豐水期間河川剩餘流量,經由ASR井注入地下層儲存,在枯水期或需水時再抽補注水使用。目前屏東昌隆地區已建置完成ASR示範場,設施包括ASR井一座、觀測井二口100m3 的清水池。本研究長時間進行ASR系統補注及回用試驗,由ASR井觀察水文特性變化,由歷次試驗成果顯示,導水系數T值並無明顯變化。台灣屏東昌隆地區ASR場址,目前已列入國際水資源重要據點,ASR系統將擔任台灣水資源開發與調配之重要角色。 In order to make good use of water resources, the Water Resource Bureau of the Economics Ministry has been started considering the use of ASR (Aquifer Storage Recovery) groundwater injection well since 1999, and has hence begun to apply the findings of previous related research projects. The aim of present study is to evaluate the feasibility of developing the ASR technique as a means of managing the water resources. An ASR demonstration facility has been established in Chunglong Township of Pingtung County. The equipment at this facility includes one ASR well, two observation wells, and one clean water storage tank in 100 m3. All previous tests indicate that there is no obvious change for the T value. As the ASR site of factory in Chunglong, Pingtung County has already listed as an important stronghold of international water resource, ASR system plays an essential role for the development of water resources in Taiwan.
