    摘要: 本研究成功以具觸媒氧化活性之銅型活性碳觸媒並應用於處理含酚類廢水處理,並開發氧化單元與薄膜單元之複合系統(hybrid system)應用於廢水處理與水資源之回收。研究中探討影響氧化反應系統之變數與水回收率對氧化程序效能之影響,以超過濾及奈米過濾膜組作為水回收單元,本研究是利用椰殼含浸氯化銅/硫酸鋅製備成活性碳金屬觸媒並利用連續流式(Countinuous-Flow Stirred-Tank Reactor, CSRT)氧化系統及薄膜法回收廢水之組合技術對於水中的污染物酚的處理,由研究所得結果發現,氧化薄膜分離系統處理過後樣品以HPLC 與COD 分析反應污染物酚具有良好轉化率與去除率,同時研究結果顯示氧化所使用的金屬觸媒為氯化銅/硫酸鋅0.09M/0.01M 時同時具備高氧化活性及比表面積,研究改變不同的氧化條件分別為酚濃度變化、雙氧水的濃度、雙氧水的添加方式、改變不同之pH 值變化來找尋最佳氧化條件下可以有效完全氧化降解含酚廢水並且進行廢水回收。
    Phenolic wastewater was successful removed by the copper embedded activated carbon catalytic oxidation /membrane hybrid system. The performances of oxidation / membrane separation hybrid unit were investigated and well applied to phenolic wastewater treatment. In this study, the oxidation conditions and influent factors on the wastewater reuse were studied by considering the efficiency of the hybrid system. UF, NF, and RO were considered as the separation unit for recycling the wastewater. In this study, the coconut shell was used as the raw material of activated carbon and the copper/Zinc was used as the active metal on the catalyst in the preparation. All the experiments were carried out in a continuous flow stirred reactor (CSTR). The membrane separation unit was used for recycling wastewater to CSTR reactor. It was found that a high phenol conversion and COD conversion were achieved in this hybrid system by using the suitable conditions in this system. It was also indicated that the activated carbon catalyst with a copper/Zn ratio 9:1presentred a high oxidation activity and surface area in this study. Completely conversion of phenol can be achieved by using the suitable conditions in this hybrid system.
