Abstract:	本文延伸技術資源多元性與產品市場多元性領域的研究，從組織資源與能力的觀點，探討組織技術資源進入與退出決策的影響因素。研究對象為台灣高科技昂貴醫療儀器的購置與裁撤。研究結果發現，技術資源多元性與組織技術資源取得呈反向關係，與組織技術資源裁減呈正向關係，產品市場多元性與組織技術資源取得呈正向關係，至於產品市場多元性與組織技術資源裁減決策關聯性之檢測，則未獲證實，符合組織資源與能力假說之預期。本文對組織取得與裁減技術資源決策的實證文獻有貢獻。
