    摘要: 利用液相氣體層析法將含有Sali cylates(水楊酸鹽類) 、Aniline Derivatives(苯胺衍生物)、Pyrazolone Derivatives ( 1,2一二氮一烯伍圜酮 - [5]衍生物)等解熱性鎮痛劑予以分離、同定和定量。
    將欲分析物用N,0-Bis ( Trimethylsilyl) Trifluoroacetamide[N,O-雙(三甲基矽烷基)三氟乙醯胺] / Pyridine (砒啶) ( 1 : 1 )試液在攝氏60度經一小時反應的前處理後,利用充填有3% OV-17/Shimalite和5 %SE- 30/Shi-malite (混合比l : 2.9 ),內徑3公厘,長2公尺的玻璃管柱,以攝氏160度,氮氣氣流每分鐘40毫升的條件下層析,結果這些解熱性鎮痛劑可全部予以分離並定量。
    A gas-liquid chromatogaphic method has been developed for the separation and the simultaneous quantitative analysis of antipyretic analgesics, i. e. salicylates, aniline derivatives and pyrazolone derivatives.
    The sample was pre-treated with N,O-Bis (trimethylsilyl) trifluoro acetamide-pyridine(1:1) solution by warming at 60℃ for 1 hr. The pre-treated solution was analyzed by using a gas-liquid chromatograph equipped with a glass columm (2m x 3.O mm i.d.)packed with 3% OV-17 on shimalite and 5% SE-30 on shimalite (1:2.9), columm temperature 160℃, nitrogen carrier gas flow rate 40 ml/min. Under these conditions, the antipyretic analgesics studied could be separated completely and could be applied for the quantitative analysis.
