Abstract:	本研究的目的在於調查針對綠色廚房用品之購買意願問題，作初步的文獻探討、專家學者訪談和個案研究。研究結果發現受訪業者均認同環保產品，但多數受訪者認為消費者的環保概念不夠。商業用大型廚房滅火器會被購買者列入會考慮，但購買意願不太高。深度訪談結果餐廳業者對環保廚房滅火器並不十分了解，認為政府應加強綠化的宣導與教育。
