    Title: 以任務-科技配適理論探討行動護理站使用績效之實證研究
    A Study of the Impact of Mobile Nursing Station on Individual Performance - A Task-Technology Fit Perspective

    Abstract: 近年來醫院紛紛導入行動護理站來提昇醫院臨床照護之效率與效能。然而行動護理站導入對組織是一項龐大的投資,導入後不僅會衝擊醫療相關作業流程,甚至改變醫療人員舊有的照護習性,因此評估此科技導入醫療機構之績效為發展行動醫療需考量之重要議題。本研究以「任務-科技配適理論」作為理論基礎,針對某區域醫院的臨床護理人員進行問卷調查,以驗證行動護理站對臨床護理人員個人工作績效的影響。本研究共發放266份問卷,回收有效問卷216份,有效回收率81.2%。所蒐集資料採結構方程模式進行資料分析,並以整體模式配適度之契合度指標進行研究模式驗證,整體模式配適度指標均達標準。本研究所提出的21項研究假說,其中14項假設獲得支持。本研究發現:獨立性任務、相互依賴性任務與整合程度、支援功能與支援服務均顯著影響資訊鑑別與資訊取得;而科技特性之整合程度與支援服務均顯著影響資訊整合與解釋;資訊鑑別(0.182**, R2 =0.657)與資訊取得(0.752***, R2 =0.764)均顯著影響使用績效(R2 =0.658),亦即資訊取得與鑑別對臨床護理人員使用行動護理站之績效可解釋力為65.8%。研究結果可供管理者了解臨床護理人員對行動護理站使用績效之關鍵因素,並作為系統發展與改善之參考。
    This study aimed for investigating factors affecting task-technology fit (TTF) between nursing tasks and mobile nursing station (MNS) and the relationship between the TTF and individual performance based on task-technology fit model. Survey research targeted nursing staffs in the selected case hospital as subjects. A total of 266 questionnaires were sent out and 216 copies were obtained, indicating a valid response rate of 81.2%. Collected data were analyzed using structure equation modeling technique. This study found independence task has positive effects on information identification and information acquisition, while interdependent tasks have significantly effects on information identification and information acquisition. For the relationships between technology characteristics and TTF, this study found that the extent of MNS integration has positive effects on information identification and information acquisition, the supporting functions of MNS has positive effects on information identification and information acquisition, and services support of MNS has positive effects on information identification and information acquisition. The results indicated that information identification and information acquisition had significant effects on nursing performance (R2=0.658). As shown, the use of MNS could provide nursing staffs real-time and accurate information to increase the efficiency and effectiveness in patient-care activities and further to improve nursing performance.
