Abstract:	國內因休閒養生之風氣盛行，以及2001年周休二日制的推動，民眾前往溫泉區泡湯來抒壓、養生的休閒活動方式漸趨熱門，雖帶來了經濟收益，卻忽略了溫泉相關產業整體之發展，沒有整體規劃的概念，遂逐漸破壞溫泉區內現有的資源，有鑒於在此現況下，本研究認為必須引進一個新形態的旅遊方式—「生態旅遊」，來改善溫泉區所面臨的窘境。本研究所建立之溫泉區生態旅遊指標系統，透過德爾菲法，進行專家問卷之穩定度分析及一致性檢定篩選，溫泉區生態旅遊指標系統全數通過篩選，分別為環境、資源、文化、經濟、經營、觀光等6個構面，47個指標。溫泉區生態旅遊指標之建構，可將溫泉區脆弱且豐富之資源藉由生態旅遊之方式來進行保護，同時亦能將經濟收益回饋給當地溫泉區，不但可維護溫泉區居民的基本生活，防止溫泉區之資源被破壞，更可促進溫泉區生態旅遊之永續發展。 To do SPA in hot spring area is getting popular in Taiwan. It brings the economic benefits, but ignores the overall development of hot spring area will bring disasters. Therefore, the study apply ecotourism to develop indicator system for hot spring area. Through the Delphi Method, the ecotourism indicator system of hot spring area include 6 scopes, they are environment, resources, culture, economic, prosecution,and the tourism, and 47 indicators. The ecotourism indicator system of hot spring area can richness resources and flourish economic development at the same time.
