    標題: 關子嶺溫泉區旅館經營管理品質評鑑之研究

    摘要: 本研究主要係透過問卷調查,分析溫泉旅館經營管理品質滿意度及評鑑系統適宜性,研究範圍選取臺南市白河區關子嶺溫泉區作為探討範圍,以態度量表之設計方式,進行受訪者之溫泉旅館經營管理品質滿意度調查,問卷採面訪方式針對到專家學者、溫泉旅館經營者及遊客進行調查。回收問卷以描述性統計方法進行分析,調查分析結果發現:
      在專家學者、溫泉旅館經營者及遊客,對於溫泉旅館經營管理品質評鑑系統構面,由滿意程度發現是有共識的,針對不同研究對象在評鑑項目的認知上都能發揮基本的評鑑要求,然調查結果亦發現,建築設備構面中綠建築及環保設施的滿意程度最低,但這也表示目前溫泉旅館在這方面還需要加強,隨著地球暖化的議題發酵,國人也越來越重視環保的議題,在休閒之餘也需要考量到節能減碳。
    在溫泉資源構面,遊客較重視「湯屋設計及設施風格」的滿意程度,專家學者較重視「泡湯公共安全衛生」,其他項目如「提供溫泉知識與解說」滿意度較低,建議溫泉旅館業者需再加強溫泉知識與解說功能,讓消費者一方面感受舒適的泡湯環境,一方面也能增廣見聞,增加旅遊深度;滿意度最低者為「獨特溫泉景觀與資源」,這是否需考量如果研究範圍不是關子嶺的泥漿溫泉就不屬於獨特的溫泉資源,然溫泉資源是屬天然的自然資源,目前臺灣的溫泉泉質偏「碳酸氫鈉泉」,然在溫泉法規約束下,經營者也不能自行開發,故獨特的溫泉景觀並非經營管理能改善或解決的項目,故此評鑑項目需再進一步的研究探討是否合適評鑑所有的溫泉旅館。
    In this study, mainly through surveys, analysis of hot spring hotel management satisfaction and quality evaluation system suitability, the study selected White River District, Tainan City Guanzihling of hot springs as the scope of the Attitude Scale of the design approach, the respondents conducted the spa hotel management quality satisfaction survey, the questionnaire method adopted for the interviews to the experts, business owners and visitors to conduct the investigation. Questionnaires to descriptive statistics, single factor analysis of variance conducted statistical analysis, survey results found that:
    Experts and scholars, spa hotel operators and tourists, the quality of hot springs hotel management evaluation system dimensions, the satisfaction that there is a consensus, as in the different studies on the cognitive evaluation project can play a basic assessment Kam asked, and then survey also found that construction equipment dimensions in green building and environmental protection facilities, the lowest level of satisfaction, but also said the current hot spring hotels in this area also needs to be strengthened, with the global warming issue fermentation, the more people and more attention to environmental issues in leisure in the need to consider to reduce carbon emissions.
    In the hot springs, dimensions, tourists more emphasis on "soup house design and facilities of style" satisfaction, experts and scholars more concerned about "wasted public health and safety", other items such as "spa knowledge and explain the" less satisfied, the proposed hot springs hotel industry need to reinforce the knowledge and explain the function of spring, so that consumers feel comfortable bathing environment on the one hand, one can broaden their horizons, increase tourism depth; the lowest satisfaction as "a unique landscape and hot spring resources," Does this need to consider if Guanzihling scope of the study is not the mud does not belong to a unique spa in hot springs, natural hot springs are natural resources are natural resources, the quality of Taiwan's hot spring bias "sodium bicarbonate spring", then the constraints of regulations in the spring, the operators also not self-development, it is not unique spa landscape management can improve or resolve the items that need further evaluation research project to explore the appropriate evaluation of all hot springs hotel.
