    摘要: 近年來古蹟已成為重要的觀光資源,尤其是對各區域的觀光經濟。其中,經濟效益會受古蹟本身的歷史性及交通便捷而有所影響。因此,本研究採用開發潛力與交通便捷性兩模式,比較台北市、台南市與高雄市之間的古蹟觀光優勢。
    在開發潛力模式之優勢度、規模度和離散度三個指標中,國定古蹟數小於各級古蹟數時,國定古蹟優勢度值越小越佳;規模度為單位面積內古蹟密度;離散度為古蹟的聚集或分散程度。交通便捷性模式之β指數、γ指數和節點可及性三個指標中,β指數和γ指數為路網結構之連結狀況;節點可及性值越小,表示節點位於路網之中心位置。
    結果顯示,在開發潛力中,台北市的優勢度、規模度和離散度分別為0.41、0.1和0.68;台南市分別為0.16、0.29和0.47;高雄市分別為0.4、0.07和0.86。其中,台南市的整體開發潛力較台北市與高雄市佳。交通便捷性中,台北市的β指數,γ指數和節點可及性分別為2.39,0.85和2.35;台南市分別為2.27、0.79和2.82;高雄市分別為1.81、0.74和1.72。其中,台北市的路網連結狀況較台南市與高雄市佳。另外,本研究亦對台南市六個行政區進行分析。其結果顯示,台南市中西區擁有較佳的開發潛力(0.21、4.15、0.7)與路網連結(2.5、0.9),但節點可及性較差(2.2)。
    For regional tourism economic, historical relics have been important tourism resources in recent years. The economical bennfit is affecfed by the historic and the transportation convenience of these historic relics. Therefore, this study uses the exploiting potentiality model and the traffic convenience model to compare the superiority of historical relics tourism in Taipei, Tainan and Kaohsiung cities.
    Three indexes, dominance, proportion and dispersion are contained in the exploiting potentiality model. When the number of national historic sites is less than other grades historic sites, the value of dominance for national historic sites is the smaller the better. The proportion means the regional density of historic sites.The dispersion means the historic sites are aggregative or scattered. Three indexes, β , γ and node accessibility are contained in the traffic convenience model. β and γ means the link condition of network structure. When the value of node accessibility is smaller, the node is located on the central position of the network.
    The dominance, proportion and dispersion of the exploiting potentiality in Taipei City is 0.41, 0.1 and 0.68, Tainan City is 0.16, 0.29 and 0.47, Kaohsiung City is 0.47, 0.07 and 0.86 separately. Tainan City has the best exploiting potentiality compared with the other two cities. β , γ and node accessibility of the traffic convenience in Taipei City is 2.39, 0.85 and 2.35, Tainan City is 2.27, 0.79 and 2.82, Kaohsiung City is 1.81, 0.74 and 1.72 separately. Taipei City is the best traffic convenience compared with the other two cities. The two models are also conducted to 6 districts in Tainan. The West Central District of Tainan City has the best exploiting potentiality and network connection with the other 5 districts.
