(1) 薄層層析法:使用二波長薄層掃描儀，以鋸齒掃描方式利用菸草酸為內部標準物質，在 1.25μg~10μg濃度範圍可得到回收率96 %~100 %的良好結果。
(2) 氣相層析法:將處理後之試料，利用氣相層析儀，以高度計算法，在 2.5 μg ~25μg濃度 範圍可得到95%~101%之回收率。
(3) 薄層層析法和氣相層析法之定量分析結果大致相同，因此可以利用於探討有關解熱性鎮痛劑之品質問題。 A simple and sensitive method has been established for the isolation and, I quantifi- cation of antipyretic analgesics in the pharmaceutical preparations by thin-layer chromatography ( TLC ) and gas-liquid chromatography (GLC ).
(1)TLC : The pre-treated plate [ the silica gel plates ( 20 × 20cm,Kieselgel GF254, thickness 0.3mm, activated at 110℃ for 1 hr ) was developed at room temperature to the solvent front of 14cm, using n-butyl acetate : chloroform: ether : formic acid ( 30 : 30 : 40 : 2 ) as developing solvent and nicotinic acid as internal startdard ]. Dual-wavelength chromatoscanner by zig-zag scanning method was employed to determine the quantity. The recovery yield of each drug by this procedure ranged from 96 to 100% .
(2)GLC : The pre-treated solution [ the sample was pre-treated with N,O-bis ( trimethylsilyl ) trifluoroacetamide-pyridine ( 1 : 1 ) solution by warming at 60℃ for 1 hr ] was analyzed by using gas-liquid chromatographic method using speak height ratio method. The recovery yield of each drug by this procedure ranged 95 to 101%.
