本研究提出一個評估競爭優勢的架構,其主要目的是探討餐旅業如何藉由審視企業環境,包括外部環境和內部環境,而創造和維持其競爭優勢。外部環境包括國家、產業、利害關係人、競爭者、策略網路、差異化和品牌化。內部環境包括企業本身之資源基礎、人力資源和資訊科技。 This study provides a meaningful framework for the assessment on comoetitive advantage. The main purose of this study is exploring how to creata and sustain competitive advantages of hospitality industry by scanning their business environment, including external environment and internal environment. External environment factors contain country, industry, stakeholder, competitor, strategic networks, differentiation, and branding. Induernal environment factors include resource-based, human resource, and information technology.
