本文目的在探討鏈鋸與混凝土破壞機兩種手工具負載時之振動評估,期以提供上述手工具操作者,每天連續暴露於振動之安全量。本文以振動分析儀器對鏈鋸與混凝土破壞機在負載時,三方向局部振動量進行測定,分析並與國際標準組織建議(ISO/DIS5349)之振動暴露極限值比較。分析結果發現鏈鋸之最大振動加速度實效值50.8m/sec2出現於125Hz頻率處,中央頻率再63~250Hz之三方向振動量均超過振動暴露極限值,此範圍之振動由手-手臂系統吸收,因此長期暴露於該振動將易於罹患振動症候群。混凝土破壞機在20~125Hz及500~800Hz範圍之振動均超過極限值,其振動量經由手-手臂系統傳至身體各部位,引起局部及全身振動危害。 The objective of this investigation is to assess vibration levels of chain saw and jack hammers. While chain saws and jack hammers loading, we get vibration level of three different direction of the holder by using vibration analysis. The value checked by computer data analysis, were compared to the exposure limit of ISO suggestions.
In our results we have found that the maximal acceleration of chain saw is 50.8 m/sec in 125 Hz. The central frequency in 63-250 Hz in three direction are higher than the exposure limit in ISO suggestions. The vibration is received and taken by the hand-arm system. Therefore long period exposure to the vibration may result in vibration syndrome. The vibration of jack hammer dangers to those workers in 2 different fre-quency ranges. In 20-125 Hz and 500-800 Hz vibration levels are over suggestive exposure limit, the vibration absorbed by hand-arm system may transmit to every part of body that caused harm to the arm and the whole body.
