摘要:	A total of 253 clinical strains of Staphylococcus aureus collected from six hospitals of Kaohsiung-Pingtung district were under investigation of their enterotoxin B producing capability and phage typing patterns. As high as 47.0% of enterotoxinogenic strains were detected by means of geldouble immunodiffusion method. Among 119 positive strains, 60.6% were found to be in pus specimen and most of enterotoxinogenic strains(66.4%)were prevalent in the period of May-July. Typing by the Basic Set of phages at 100 times the strength of the Routing Test Dilution (RTD), the strains could be grouped into 23 types and the types of 55,77,79/55/77,77/85,79/80/77,80/77/85/7and 55/77/85 were predominant. Enterotoxin B producing strains were distributed in the types of 55/85,55/77/85,55/54,79/80/77,79/55/77and 77. Of all strains tested, 14.2% was selected out as methicillin resistant strains (MRSA). The phage typing patterns of MRSA were predominantly fall into types of 80/81,77 and 79/55/77. In addition, the types of 80/81 and 77 were especially correlated with enterotoxin B production. 本研究自高屏地區之六院收集金黃色葡萄球菌計253株。利用單價特異抗毒血清以明膠雙向免疫擴散試驗法測定臨床菌株產生B型腸毒素之情形。結果發現產毒菌株高達47.0%。於119陽性菌株中，膿標本佔60.5%，且大多數毒菌株(66.4%)集中於5~7月。依國際基本噬菌體之分型結果，全部菌株可分為23型，以ii組及iii組之分佈居多，型別則以55，77，79/55/77，77/85，79/80/77，80/77/85/7及55/77/85等型為主。此外，產毒菌株多分佈於55/85，55/77/85，79/80/77，79/55/77及77等型，至於MRSA菌株之噬菌體分型堪稱別具特徵，大多分佈於80/81，77及79/55/77等型。其中之80/81及77型與B型腸毒素之產生關。
