Abstract:	國內積極推動發展自行車休閒運動，隨著休閒運動的興起，使得自行車演變成休閒、健身、運動的休閒運動。國內相關自行車研究，大多注重自行車本身的改良設計、自行車產業發展與行銷等相關性研究，對於自行車系統對於騎乘者體驗的研究卻是相當少。若能針對規劃此方向深入加以研究，將對自行車活動的發展及推廣有很大的助益。研究的目的是針對來高雄騎自行車的騎乘者之路線偏好與喜愛程度，規劃合適的自行車路線，並體驗騎乘時之感受、舒適性與安全性等，以及自行車租賃站是否符合騎乘者的方便性。本研究主要分為三大部分，第一部分使用文獻回顧法，蒐集相關自行車道內容，第二部分是問卷調查法，進行研究騎乘者對高雄市自行車道滿意度，第三部分是統計分析法。本研究共發出210份問卷，回收205份問卷，有效問卷200份。研究結果顯示遊客對高雄自行車遊程規劃的服務品質裏，最滿意的是有足夠數量的座椅；對高雄自行車遊程規劃的滿意度裏，最滿意的是自行車道所設置的遮蔽物；結果顯示自行車道遊客認知的服務品質、社經背景、遊客特性與滿意度有關係。 The Taiwan society has enthusiastically promoted and developed recreational cycling and the sport of cycling. With the rise of recreational sports, cycling has become a recreational sport which combines recreation, fitness, and exercise. In Taiwan most of the studies related to cycling focus on the improvement and design of bicycles and the development and marketing of bicycle industry. However, there are few researches on how cycling system influences bicyclists’ experience. If researches on this dimension are conducted, it will greatly benefit the development and promotion of cycling. The study aims to plan suitable cycling routes according to the preference and fondness of the bicyclists coming to Kaohsiung, to experience the feeling, comfort, and safety of cycling, and to know whether the bike rentals are convenient for bicyclists. The study consists of three parts. In part one the information of related cycling routes was gathered by using literature review method. The bicyclist satisfaction of the bikeways in Kaohsiung City was researched with questionnaire method in part two, and statistical analysis method was used in part three. Among 210 questionnaires distributed, 205 were returned and 200 of them were usable for the research. The research results indicate that of all the service qualities and satisfactions of the cycling tour in Kaohsiung City, what tourists satisfy the most are an adequate amount of seats and overhead canopies or shelters respectively. The results show that service quality, socio-economic background and tourist characteristics that bicyclists perceive are related to satisfaction.
