由於生態旅遊的興起,喚起了國家社會的生態保育概念,也因此提出了多項生態政策與措施。行政院永續發展委員會於2005年公佈生態旅遊白皮書內提出的六項生態旅遊策略,將生態旅遊納入九年一貫課程以及規劃辦理青少年生態旅遊營隊活動。而國家公園及自然保護區等地,紛紛設立了環境教育部門及自然保育中心,負責規劃辦理青少年生態旅遊活動。各級學校也開設了環境教育課程及生態旅遊教學活動。有關環境認知、環境態度及環境行為的研究一直是環境教育研究中極為重要的一環。但目前在生態旅遊方面的研究,鮮少有針對青少年的生態旅遊活動之規劃提出相關的研究,因此,本研究透過問卷調查瞭解青少年對生態旅遊的認知、態度、參與動機和需求,以及生態旅遊對青少年的吸引力,提供日後相關單位規劃青少年生態旅遊活動之參考。 Since the rising of ecotourism, the concept of ecological conservation evoked on national level, thus launched a number of eco-policies and measures. The White Paper which the Executive Yuan Council for Sustainable Development of Ecotourism published in 2005 proposes six ecotourism strategies, subsuming ecotourism into the curriculum of the 9 year compulsory education, and proposing youth ecotourism camping activities. In National Parks and Nature Reserves and some other places, set up departments of environmental education and conservation centers, responsible for planning youth ecotourism activities. And also establishing environmental education programs and ecotourism activities in schools at all level. Researches on environmental awareness, attitudes and behaviors has been a very significant key chain in environmental education. But for the moment there are very few related researches on ecotourism activities for young people were proposed, therefore, this study taking questionnaire survey among young people about ecotourism cognition, attitude, motivation, needs and attraction, providing references for related departments in developing ecotourism for young people in Taiwan.
