    Abstract: 喜樹鹼(camptothecin)經證實是一種低水溶性且有效的抗癌藥物‧由於其低水溶性及在人體的生理環境下其構造
    容易轉換為失活的carboxylate 結構,臨床使用時會導致嚴重的副作用‧因此,需要一個適當的藥物載體如微脂
    粒,以增加其藥物傳遞的效力‧微脂粒主要是由磷脂質(phospholipid)所組成的脂雙層結構,其穩定性與其薄膜
    組成的物理化學性質息息相關‧目前有許多研究已指出藉由氣/液界面單分子層的研究可幫助了解薄膜中混合
    分子間的交互作用及提供有用的物化特性‧ 本計劃分別進行氣/液界面上喜樹鹼/hydrogenated soybean
    phosphatidylcholine (HSPC) 與喜樹鹼/egg phosphatidylcholine (EPC)混合單分子層等溫線的量測及面積鬆弛實
    驗‧並深入探討喜樹鹼與不同磷脂質間的交互作用‧
