摘要:	本研究目的為探討金門縣地區居家與長期照護機構老人體位營養評估，並比較兩者之差異。以金門縣年滿六十五歲或以上之老人為研究對象，共收案62人(居家31人、長期照護機構31人)，營養評估方式為體位測量。研究結果顯示: 長期照護機構老人體重過輕及肥胖百分比值高於居家老人，其腰圍及腰臀圍比過大百分比亦高於居家老人，此外，兩者的平均腰臀圍比均高於正常值。建議金門縣該區域老人應注意均衡飲食攝取及增加每日活動量，來改善體位營養狀況。 The purpose of this study was to assess comprehensively the anthropometric status of elderly individuals in homebound and to compare it with institutionalized elderly in Kinmen County. A total of 62 elderly persons (homebound 31, institutionalized 31), 65 years old and older were included in the study, their nutritional status was assessed by anthropometric measurements. The percentage of underweight or obesity of the elderly in institutionalized was higher than those in homebound, and the waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio values were also higher in institutionalized elderly. Moreover, high waist-to-hip ratio value was obvious to both group. It is recommended that to intake balanced diet and take more exercise for both homebound and institutionalized elderly in Kinmen County.
