    摘要: 本研究使用玻璃碳及網版印刷碳膠工作電極,在酸或鹼的環境下做電化學修飾後,對愷他命(Ketamine)之電化學氧化還原性質進行研究,探討電極修飾前後對愷他命測定效能的差異,測定時緩衝溶液酸鹼值、濃度等因素的影響,並在最佳化條件下應用於軟性飲料中被添加的愷他命含量偵測結果。
    研究結果顯示經電化學修飾後的工作電極對於愷他命的電化學氧化反應偵測可明顯地提高靈敏度及降低偵測極限。在pH 7.40磷酸緩衝溶液中,愷他命的氧化波峰電流趨於最大值但波峰電位則無明顯改變,而磷酸緩衝溶液電解質濃度增高其波峰電流值增加,波峰電位則不受影響。在最佳化偵測條件下,分別以在氫氧化鈉、硫酸、硝酸溶液中作電化學修飾的玻璃碳工作電極偵測愷他命,其偵測極限分別為2.0×10-5 M、2.0×10-5 M、1.0×10-5 M,線性範圍分別為2.0×10-5 M - 5.0×10-4 M、2.0×10-5 M - 4.0×10-4 M、1.0×10-5 M - 1.0×10-4 M。而以氫氧化鈉所修飾的網版印刷碳膠電極偵測愷他命,其偵測極限為5.0×10-5 M,線性範圍為5.0×10-5 M - 2.0×10-4 M。使用上述電化學修飾電極對軟性飲料如黑松汽水、雪碧及蘋果西打等被添加的愷他命進行偵測,可獲得明顯的訊號,且不受汽水基質干擾。
    Electrochemically modified working electrodes were used for investigating the electrochemical oxidation characteristics of ketamine with various electrochemical methods. The modified electrodes showed better electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of ketamine than bare ones. Those modified electrodes showed favorable electroanalytic behavior toward the oxidation of ketamine in phosphate buffer solutions which pH value varied from 5.00 to 10.00. The pH effects for the modified electrodes on peak current and peak potential were investigated, and the results showed the pH independence of later one. Under the optimized condition, the dynamic linear ranges were varied from 1.0�10-5M to 5.0�10-4M of modified GCE, and from 2.0�10-5M to 2.0�10-4M of modified SPCE. This study shows that the determination of ketamine added in soft drink can be achieved successfully.
