    Abstract: 中國石油公司永安液化天然氣( LNG)接收站自建廠以來,即實施環境影響評估,其中有關LNG接收站的安全性評估,包括兩大部份:一、定性的危害分析二、量化的風險評估。
    本文僅討論危害分析,即是分析LNG接收站內各主要設備可能存在的危害。本文共分析下列各主要設備的危害:
    一、地下冷凍儲槽的危害
    (1)槽頂結構性的失效
    (2)滾騰( rollover )引起的過高壓力
    槽頂受巨大的物體穿擊而損毀
    二、岸邊卸料轉運設備的危害
    伸縮接頭裝置故障
    (2)卸料臂故障
    (3)LNG運輸船的危害
    三、LNG或NG輸送管( pipeline )的危害
    四、LNG泵浦的危害
    五、LNG壓縮機的危害
    Since Yung An LNG Terminal was built by Chinese Petroleum Corporatiort in 1984,environmental impact assessment has been carried out to meet law requirements. Qualita-tive hazard analysis and quantitative risk assessment for LNG Terminal are included. Only qualitative hazard analysis is presented in this study. The analyses of aU potential hazards of the most major equipments are as follow:
    1. hazards of inground refrigerated LNG tank
    (a) structural fadure of tank roof
    (b) overpressure due to rollover
    (c) tank roof direct damage by gigantic missiles
    2. hazards of ship-to-shore transfer unloading equipments
    (a) bellow expansion units failure
    (b) unloading arm failure
    (c) LNG ship hazard
    3. LNG or NG pipeline hazard
    4. LNG pump hazard
    5. LNG compressor hazard
