    Title: 利用混凝劑降低薄膜生物反應槽積垢之探討

    Abstract: 薄膜生物反應槽(Membrane Bioreactor, MBR)可解決傳統生物處理法所面臨的污泥澎化、處理水質受污泥沈降性影響極大等瓶頸,並兼具節省空間且減少污泥產量且可兼具過濾及消毒等優點。然而,因無法避免薄膜積垢而造成通量降低的現象,造成侷限其應用性推廣的主要原因。爰此,本計畫的主要研究目的在於探討添加混凝劑降低化糞池出流水薄膜生物反應槽(MBR)薄膜積垢的效應,利用添加鋁及鐵鹽於薄膜生物反應槽內,並透過閉管式微過濾膜批次實驗分析反應槽內懸浮液之性質,探討混凝劑對薄膜生物反應槽薄膜積垢減緩或降低之效應。此外,本研究透過膠羽拍攝相機影像分析系統,針對薄膜生物反應槽之膠羽進行實際即時之測量與拍攝,並分析膠羽大小與膠羽密度對數關係對降低薄膜生物反應槽薄膜積垢的關連性。本研究結果顯示混凝劑之添加可有效減緩積垢之生成,但當混凝劑添加超過2.5mg/L時,薄膜生物反應槽積垢反而有明顯增加的趨勢;而膠羽拍攝相機影像分析系統結果顯示,使膠羽粒徑分佈改變,而朝向大粒徑範圍凝結,以降低過濾阻抗。
