    Title: 黃酮素、異黃酮素治療骨質疏鬆之評估

    Abstract: 骨質疏鬆 (Osteoprosis)主要的成因是成骨細胞(Osteoblast)及破骨細胞(Osteoclast ) 生長不平衡所致。現行可以引誘形成骨質疏鬆之方法有二一是利用通往骨頭之血管進行結紮使其局部區域產生缺血之狀態。另一則是透過局部注射相關藥品等，製作複雜度比較高。且與真實病患罹患骨質疏鬆方式不同。因此本時驗不採用外科手術為主，而以高劑量類固醇誘發骨質疏鬆以供作為日後進行治療之動物模式。
