    Abstract: The isolation and identification of 3 /3-hydorxylup-20(29)-en-27-oic acid, nevadensin, and demethoxysudachitin from the whole herb of Limnophila rugosa (Roth) Merr., Scrophulariaceae, were described. Nevadensin (3.1 mg/kg, i. v.) exhibited hypotensive effett on both normotensive and spontaneous hypertensive rate under pentobarbital anesthetization. After administration of nevadensin,The mean arterial pressure(MAP) of rates decreased about 50 mmHg for 30 min.
    本研究自田香草(Limnophila rugosa (Roth) Merr ., Scrophulariaceae)全草分離鑑定3B-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-27-oic acid, nevadensin 和 demethoxysudachitin 三種結晶性成分。Nevadensin(3.1mg/kg,i.v.)對於經pentobarbital麻醉的正常血壓與自發性高血壓大白鼠可降低平均動脈血壓50mmHg並持續30分鐘。
