摘要:	目前國內專門之工業安全衛生教育僅及於專科學校，大學及研究所則只有相關系所。本文分析於此教育環境之下，專科學校培育工業安全衛生人才實際遭遇到的問題，認為:(一)現階段專科學校工業安全衛生科畢業生符合社會人力需求，亦能考取工礦安全衛生技師，執業並無問題。(二)國內勞工安全衛生管理需才孔急，現階段專科學校的工業安全衛生科仍須負起培育人才的責任。(三)醫護類專科學校工業安全衛生科宜發展工業衛生，工專若設工業安全衛生科則可在工業安全方面加強。(四)公務人員工業安全科高考不應劃入工業工程職系，應如技師高考獨立分科，並與教育單位，即專科學校的工業安全衛生科配合，以達教考用合一之理想。工業安全衛生技職教育單靠專科學校應是暫時的，有必要儘速建立由專科、技術學院以至大學、研究所乃至博士班完整的體系。 The professional education of industrial safety and hygiene is developing in the junior coiieges Dut not in the universities or graduate schools which have only related departments. After Inalyzing the role of junior college in the cultivation of the labour safety and health zdministrators under current educational circumstances, it is found that: (1) The graduates of junior colleges are accepted by manpower markel and can pass the nation,s high examinaUon. 2) The junior colleges should be responsible for the cultivation of labour safety and hygiene manpower at this stage. (3) The junior colleges of pharmacy may develop industrial hygiene, and the technical junior colleges develop industrial safety. (4) The industrial safety engineer's professional high examination should be seprated from industrial engineering in order to have a better linkage in the educational system. (5) The complete educational system of industrial safety and hygiene should be established with the least delay.
