Abstract:	為鼓勵臺澳雙方加強在農業及相關領域之合作，藉由本計畫之國際農業科技合作汲取澳洲之技術與經驗，並透過研究、知識與技術交流、雙邊技術轉移等方式，將澳洲研究技術移轉至國內各農田水利會及相關農業單位，以提昇國內灌溉埤塘灌溉管理與利用技術，有效提升地表水資源利用效率，並推動生態休閒農業，以有效率運用有限農業水資源。本年度預期成效計有：A.編寫1本模式使用手冊，B.辦理2場座談會，C.進行1次國際互訪，D.提出1項政策檢討，E.研究團隊養成2人形成研究中心或實驗室，F.參加1場國內重要研討會發表計畫成果。 To support the collaboration between Taiwan and Australia in the field of agriculture, this program fundamentally aimed at the transfer of agricultural techniques and experiments from Australia by the way of co-work, mutual academic exchange. The major purpose is to help the Taiwan Irrigation Associations and concerned management governmental departments to raise the management and utilization skills of irrigation ponds, thus can efficiently utilize agricultural water resources and promote the ecological leisure functions of irrigation ponds. The benefits includes: (a)One model handbooks. (b)Hold 2 informal discussion meetings. (c)One international visits. (d)One policy reviews. (e)Form research center composed of 2 scholars. (f)Join one local conferences.
