    Background:
The main objective of pharmaceutical education is to cultivate professional pharmacists which engaged in pharmacy services and pharmaceutical research. So far, pharmacy practical training serves as a resource to provide the professional skill and attitude training . Furthermore, this practical training is a foundation to educate professional pharmacists. However, a good strategies can help pharmacy interns practice to learn。
    Objective:
The aim of this study is to investigate whether objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) increase the efficacy of practical training.
    Methods:
In this study, 97 to 98 years 1 month 12-month period, we enclosed 62 school students of Pharmacy Department of Pharmacy from Kaohsiung Medical University, Taipei Medical University, Chia Nan University of Pharmacy & Scieence and the University of Tajen to test a medical center study in pharmacists and interns.

    Results:
The study is divided into three part (1) learning strategies (2) the effectiveness of assessment (3) feedback evaluation discussion.(1) Learning strategies: a practical course arrangements: a single dose of the swap operation to BATCH / ON-LINE scored the highest, very satisfied with access higher than 4.7; (b) the effectiveness of assessment: a total score of each school internship in 86.8 ~ 92.4; (c) feedback evaluation: feedback evaluation form is divided into two parts, (1) intern assessment to guide pharmacists: total Average maximum 4.84, minimum 4.47 overall average; (2) Evaluation of intern places for teaching interns on the location of the assessment of teaching the highest average 4.69, minimum 4.36.
    Conclusion:
Our study shows that pharmacy interns teaching required by the learning strategies, assessment of the effectiveness of assessment and feedback, better quality of education; that "clinical skills practice course" want to simulate the practical training by students respond to and handle pattern, by Objective Structured Clinical Examination approach, the students of professional services in the implementation of pharmaceutical core capabilities required to be tested and assessed; of students to develop communication and expertise, to increase practical application of training opportunities.
