隨著資訊科技與網際網路的蓬勃快速發展，組織對於提昇整體競爭優勢又多了更多樣化的選擇方式。已有許多廠商建置了多套檢驗詴劑耗材管理系統，對於各組織所需的功能也已有了大致上的一套模式。本研究採用軟體廠商開發系統來針對某區域醫院醫學檢驗室進行評估，以軟體廠商開發系統來架構檢驗詴劑耗材管理系統，以評估是否有繼續之可行性研究。 本研究主要目的將採用Bhattacherjee(2001)改良期望確認理論(Expectation Confirmation Theory，ECT)，提出符合資訊系統特性的理論模式(Post-Acceptance Model)，並整合兩者理論，來探討醫學檢驗室檢驗詴劑耗材管理系統之評估。研究結果發現，使用者對檢驗詴劑耗材管理系統的再使用意願，會受其滿意度之影響。檢驗詴劑耗材管理系統的使用者滿意度並未受到有用認知之影響及再使用意願並未受到有用認知之影響。受限於本研究之醫學檢驗室已有先建置相關DOS版本詴劑管理系統，因此，本檢驗詴劑耗材管理系統雖然己經Web化，在使用上必頇讓檢驗室人員對系統產生有用認知，才能提高滿意度及再次使用本系統的意願，達到檢驗詴劑耗材管理系統的最大功用，創造出組織的競爭優勢。 As the information technology and Internet boom of the rapid development of Road Network, organizations improve the overall competitive advantage for the addition of more diverse selection of way.
