    Removal of Heavy Metal in Metallic Industrial Wastewater by Subsurface Flow Constructed Wetlands Using Various Kinds of Material as Media

    摘要: 本研究使用金屬表面加工業的二級放流水,進行模場試驗,透過自然處理系統,以不同的濾材介質淨化工廠化學混凝槽之放流水,工法類型為表面下流動式人工濕地(Subsurface Flow System, SSF)。
    在人工溼地系統各污染物去除效率探討中,重點著重於金屬去除效率的探討,其中依其廢水屬性進行包含鋅、鎳、鉻三種金屬的採樣分析,以及在不同介質的SSF系統對於含金屬廢水的水質淨化成效,並探討不同植物的SSF系統對於含金屬廢水的處理差異。實驗之水力停留時間為1.5天,期間每週採樣一次,進行分析,研究中所使用的濾材介質包括了中聯爐石、活性碳及石英砂,植物包括蘆葦及香蒲。
    金屬水質分析結果顯示出,模擬試驗中使用爐石系統對於Cr有極佳的去除效率(爐石系統88.92%>爐石蘆葦組85.26%>爐石香蒲組82.08%);使用活性碳的系統對於Ni有良好的去除效率,(活性碳蘆葦曝氣組96.84%>活性碳曝氣組93.15%>活性碳系統90.64%>活性碳香蒲組90.29%>活性碳蘆葦組89.53%);使用石英砂的系統,可能因組成成分複雜,所以金屬去除效果不是太顯著。從整體實驗結果而言,不同植物的SSF,種植蘆葦的系統對於金屬廢水的處理大致上皆優於種植香蒲的系統。以爐石去除Cr、Zn;活性碳去除Ni、Zn;石英砂去除Ni,都發現無植物的系統,相較其他有植物的系統,反而有較佳的表現。
    This study used of heavy metal in metallic industrial secondary wastewater, actual field simulation test conducted by natural treatment system, used different filter media, purification plant chemical coagulation tank effluent, type of construction method for the subsurface flow constructed wetland.
    In the constructed wetland system, the emphasis focused on the metal removal efficiency of the pollutant removal, and according to the wastewater properties to conduct metal sample analysis contain with three metals zinc, nickel, and chromium, and SSF system in different media for the quality of the wastewater metal purification effectiveness, and to explore the differences for different plant in SSF metal wastewater treatment system. Study used the filter media includes the CHC slag, activated carbon and quartz sand, plants including reeds and cattails. The sampling and analysis of Hydraulic Retention Times (HRTs) tested were 1.5 days per week.
    In metal water quality analysis, system used slag has a good removal efficiency of chromium(slag system 88.92%>slag reed group 85.26%>slag cattail group 82.08%),and has a good removal efficiency of nickel by system used activated carbon(aeration activated carbon reed group 96.84%>aeration activated carbon group 93.15%>activated carbon system 90.64%>activated carbon cattail group 90.29%>activated carbon reed group 89.53%). In system used quartz sand, the complex composition did not have a good removal for metals.
    Overall, in different plants of SSF, reed systems were better than cattail systems for metal wastewater treatment. system used slag has a good removal efficiency of chromium and zinc, and has a good removal efficiency of nickel and zinc by system used activated carbon, quartz sand removal efficiency of nickel, we found unplanted system has better removals.
