In pharmacokinetics, when drug dosage is appliced to human body, which compartment body model does the dosage go to by.the process of absorption, distribution, biotransformation and excreation? Those different compartment body models are accompanied with different coefficient ,value which has a very important influence on parameter of drug dosage. The parameter value of pharmacokinetics contributes to a description of the development of drug in physical body. The research is aimed at finding out the proper model. On the basis of three compartment body models and statistical Moment of drug dosage, we can work out the O-Factorial ` 1-Factorial and 2-Factorial. We may find out the appropriate compartment body model which can be used as a rule of the parameter value of pharmacokinetics.
