Abstract:	Two new pregnane glycosides, cynanformosides A and B, together with α-amyrin acetate, taraxerol, chrysoeriol and isorhamnetin were isolated from the aerial part of Cynanchum formosanum. The structures of the new pregnane glycosides have been elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical methods.
