本文之目的在比較傳統標準型及直讀式兩種WBGT量測系統,於高溫作業場所監測結果之差異性,並利用熱傳遞原理建立兩量測系統之相關公式,藉以提供產業界採用直讀式儀器量測時,WBGT、黑球溫度(Tg)、自然濕球溫度(Tnwb)進行修正以符合法規之規定。先在實驗室利用電熱器模擬熱源及風扇控制器流進行研究,實驗過程以熱源數量及排列、測點至熱源距離、及風速為變數共完成16組數據,實驗結果以多變數回歸找出誤差最小且相關性R2大於0.8之合適預測公式,最後以實際某一鋼鐵工廠高溫作業場所肩側各溫度指標檢核預測公式之合理性,所 The aims of this paper were to compare the measure results between the WBGT measuring iystem of traditional standard type and direct rea-ding meter and to find a correlation model be-ween there two measuring system. The principle of heat transfer was applied to the correlation model, to supply some correction in the data of direct reading system in order to match the rule of themlal workplace. The test in labratory used the electric heater and fan to simulate the thermal workplace. Sixteen group data using three important parameters, including amovnt and rank of heat source, distance, and air velocity were obtained. The test results were analyzed by he regression of multi-variables, to find the suitable prediction formulas. Finally, we checked the system error in therntal workplaces.
