本研究在建構勞工工作安全認知量表方面,首先是探討有關的文獻,以作為評量工具發展的理論基礎;其次以問卷調查的方法進行預式、蒐集資料,而研究對象係取自製造業之勞工,總計有效樣本為93人。最後是對量表進行各項考驗,包括以相關分析法及內部一致性效標法進行項目分析、因素分析來建構量表的效、Cronbach's α係數(內部一致性係數)考驗量表的信度。根據統計分析的結果,可獲致三方面的主要結論:一、項目分析結果顯示各量表題目的CR值大多數均能達顯著差異水準,具有鑑別力,而其與量表總分之相關亦多能達顯著水準,顯示各題具有適切性。二、效度考驗結果顯示除勞工安全習慣量表外,各量表均能分析出良好的構面,且其各題目的因素負荷量均達0.3221~0.8593之間。三、信度考驗結果顯示各量表的信度在0.7479~0.9580之問,而其各分量表的信度亦達0.6843~0.9262之間。 The purpose of this study was to construct the measures of labour's recognition of working safety. A questionnaire survey was distributed to a valid sample of 93 labours from manufacturing industries. First, item analysis including correlation and criterion of internal consistancy was to selecct items of the measures. Second, factor analysis used to test validity of the measures.Finally, cronbach's α coefficient used to test reliability of the measures.The analytic results indicate that:(1)majority of items of the measures have significant critical ratio (CR) and correlation,(2)except measure of practices of safety, the measures can analyze better structure that factor loadings for each items can reach 0.3221~0.8593,(3)reliability of the measures can rach 0.7479~0.9580 and reliability of each sub-measures also can reach 0.6843~0.9262.
