摘要: | 本研究利用氧化鋁管柱區分、分離正已烷萃取之椪柑皮精油,以正已烷、氯仿、丙酮及甲醇依序溶洗。各區分部分之香氣成分為:正已烷區分部分(回收率為83.85%)以碳氫化合物為主(99.28%),其中limonene佔92.12%。此區分具有平淡檸檬香氣。氯仿-1區分部分(回收率為0.92%)以醇類化合物含量最多(86.66%),其他香氣成分如酸類、醛類亦高(7.07%及3.67%)。氯仿-2區分部分(回收率為0.53%)主要為醇類(92.86%),醛類含3.1%,酸類佔1.52%。此兩部分(氯仿-1、氯仿-2)皆具柑橘水果之濃香和甜味。丙酮區分部分(回收率為2.07%)以碳氫化合物為主,此部分香氣平淡。甲醇區分部分(回收率為1.21% )則以醇類、酫類、酸類和酯類較多,亦具柑橘香味。 This study used aluminum oxide column to fractionate essential oil of C. poonensis hort.peels by n-hexane, chloroform, acetone and methanol sequential elution. The yields of n-hexane fraction was 83.85%, and the main components of this fraction was hydrocarbon (99.3%), particularly enriched with limonene (92.1%), providing the light odour of lemon; the yields of chloro-form-1 fraction waaas 0.92%, this fraction mainly enriched with alcohol (86.66%), contain acids and aldehydes 7.1% aand 3.67%, respectively, having the sweet citrus smell; the yields of chloro-form-2 fraction was 0.53%, this fraction mainly enriched with alcohols (92.8%), aldehydes (3.1%) and acids (1.52%), having the deep sweet citrus and flower like smell; the yields of acetone fraction was 2.07%, this fraction mainly enriched with hydrocarbon (94.1%), providing the light odour of lemon; the yields of methanol fraction was 1.21%, this fraction enriched with alcohols(68.2%), aldehydes (15.04%), esters (8.12%), hydrocarbon (5.59%) and acids (3.1%), this fraction having the good citurs smell. |
