    Title: 利用體外皮膚滲透實驗探討化粧品比較含 Silicone 配方與傳統配方對 Parabens 皮膚滲透性的影響

    Abstract: 在許多的化粧品、食品及藥品中皆顯示 Parabens 因具有良好的抗菌效果,因此已被廣泛的當作防腐劑使用,然而近年來因 Parabens 已漸漸的被指出會影響雌激素的活性,因此評估產品中 Parabens 皮膚吸收的程度確實是一個重要的課題。本研究的主要目的是在相同油脂及乳化劑的條件下,探討添加不同型態及不同含量之高分子 Silicone 對於 Methyl paraben ( M.P ) 及 Propyl paraben ( P.P ) 在化粧品配方中經皮吸收量的影響,而實驗中所使用的 Silicone 為 DM 100、DM 12500、CM 040 及 193C Fluid,所使用的皮膚為豬皮,利用動態式經皮吸收擴散槽進行評估。結果顯示所有配方中 M.P 的經皮吸收量皆會大於 P.P;配方中是否添加 10% 以下 Silicone 對於 M.P 及 P.P 的皮膚吸收皆無顯著性差異,而當 Silicone 的量添加至 10% 時,則會促進 Parabens於化粧品配方中的經皮滲透量,且具統計上顯著差異 ( P < 0.05 );對於不同劑型配方而言,經皮滲透量為 W/O 型乳液 > O/W 型乳液 > 精華液配方。
    Relation: Parabens are used as preservatives in many thousands of cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical products. Several articles have pointed out the Parabens would effect estrogen's activity. It is an important issue to investigate the skin absorption of parabens in cosmetic products. The main purpose of this study is to compare the in vitro skin absorption of parabens in cosmetic product with or without addition of silicone by using flow-through diffusion cell system. Silicones used in the experiments were DM 100, DM 12500, CM 040 and 193C Fluid. Pig skins were used for evaluation the skin absorption. The results showed the absorption of methyl paraben ( M.P ) is larger than propyl paraben ( P.P ) in all formulation. There is no significance difference of the skin absorption of M.P and P.P with or without the addition of silicones under 10%, the absorption of M.P and P.P are increased, when the silicone contend rises to 10%. For different type formulation the order of parabens skin absorption are W/O > O/W> essence.
