摘要: Aging results in the reduction in function or capacity of almost every organ system. Especially in the older adults, glucose tolerance, maximal work capacity, maximal heart rate, stroke volume, and cardiac output are decreased and systolic and diastolic blood pressures are increased. Those who are over 60yrs will take the risk of having higher mortality and morbidity of atherosclerotic heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and osteoporosis. Aging speed is concerned with living pattem which are versatile in humanbeings. Therefore, most believe that exercise training and diet controlling appear to effectively retard the decline speed of organ systems and improve the quality of life in the aged people.
