With the information technology and rapid development of Internet, organizations to enhance the overall competitiye advantage in many diverse section. Many manufacturers have built a number of sets of knowledge management system, organization functions reguirement also have a set of general patterns. In this study, the open source code knowledge management system for the medical laboratory of the regional hospital to conduct and assess whether this open source code architecture is suitable for Feasibility Analysis.
The main purpose of this study will be used Bhattacherjee (2001) modified to confirm the theoretical Expectation Confirmation Theory, to characteristics of information systems in line with the theoretical model (Post-Acceptance Model), based on integration of the relevant theory, to explore open source structure of medical experiments done on the assessment of knowledge management system. Study found that users of open source knowledge management system for re-use and will, be useful in understanding its impact, in which satisfaction has not been useful in understanding the impact of this study was limited by the medical laboratories in regional hospitals has been First Build-related document management system. Therefore, the success of knowledge management system, staff will have to make the system a high level of satisfaction and recognition using the system can really enhance the effectiveness of the work in order to improve the re-use knowledge management system will, to achieve knowledge sharing, knowledge and maximize the effectiveness of play, organizations to create a competitive advantage.
