    Title: 實習學生對醫療照護相關感染控制電腦輔助教學系統之學習滿意度評估

    Abstract: 本研究目的是為探討實習學生不同學習背景對於醫療照護相關感染控制課程透過電腦輔助教學系統之學習滿意度。使用結構式封閉問卷和醫療照護相關感染控制電腦輔助教學系統為研究工具,以某區域教學醫醬院之實習學生為研究對象,共計發出問卷150份問卷,得有效問卷143份。研究結果發現: (1)學習瀟意程度以「課程內容編排易懂」、「課程內容符合上課題目」、「教學課程環境」最高。(2)學習背景與電腦輔助教學系統學習滿意度的關係,經由假說驗證結果得知,實習學生的性別、科系、教育程度對於電腦輔助教學系統學習滿意度有顯著差異,而實習學生之年齡及實習時間對於電腦輔助教學系統學習滿意度則無顯著差異,綜言之,不同的學習背景對電腦輔助教學系統之學習滿意度的確有若干差異。因此,本研究結果可提供醫院對於醫療照趣相關感染控制電腦輔助教學之系統設計所必須考量的重點,設計適當程度的教學內容,川以提昇感染控制課棵程的多元化教學以及學習成效。
    The purpose of this research is to investigate the student teacher's leaming satisfaction on the computer-aided instruction of infection control. This investigation adopts a structured questionnalnaire and healthcare-associated infection computer-aided instruction system in the regional teaching hospital. A total of150 questionnaires were distributed to student teachers and 143 valid samples were received in retuen. The main findings are presented as follows: (I) The top three intluential factors contributing to student on learning oractice subjects satisfaction level are: the editing of content is easy to understand, the content is to accord withthe course goal, and e-leaming environment., (2) the student teacher's sex, department, and education lev:vel have statistically significant conelations with leaming satisfaction. On the other hand, there Is no slgnitlcant diference indicating that age and gender and practicing time intluence leaming satistaction. It was found that the ntem with the help of the computer-aided instruction system of infection control can change most aaltemative :oncepts successfielly. Results of this study provide valuable infonnation for the personnel who are responsible for the care of infection control and to improve the quality ofmedical care in hospitals.
