隨著全球企業永續發展的潮流的興起,企業社會責任日趨受到重視。基於此種國際趨勢,本研究從資訊服務業的經營角度探討企業社會責任,對於企業之影響程度。本研究採用深度訪談法,實際訪談兩家企業之主管,了解企業所進行之企業社會責任之做法。從訪談結果發現,企業在承擔社會責任方面皆有實際作法與成果,且對於提升經營績效都有顯著成效,並符合一般社會期待。 Through the development of business continuity globally, corporate social responsibility is getting more attention. Due to such international trend, this research probes into corporate social responsibility in information service industry, the degree of influence to corporate. This research adopts extensive interview approach, interviewed executives of two enterprises, understand the way of corporate social responsibility that enterprises are carrying on. From the interview result, all there are actual practice and achievement in bearing corporate social responsibility, which has enhanced the effectiveness of operation performance, and it is in accordance with general society expectation.
