    摘要: 十六國時期由於政權紛立,亟需證明政權之合法性,更由於上自君主,下至百姓大都相信天命,因此,符瑞、災異思想依然盛行。當時之人從天文、地物、讖緯、器物、神異事蹟等方面去探索符瑞、災異,並利用符瑞、災異進行政治權力之爭奪,預測戰爭之成敗與擬訂征戰策略。當災異出現時,君主大都進行祈禱,希望轉禍爲福。
    Sixteen States Period due to numerous countries need to prove the legality of the regime, but also because of the king and the people generally believe that fate, therefore, the fate thought was still in vogue. At that time the people from astronomy, utensils, etc. to explore the Fu Rui and Zai Yi and the use of Pu Rui and Zai Yi struggle for political power. In addition, the use of Fu Rui and Zai Yi predict success or failure of the war and to develop strategies peditions. Because Zai Yi are God condemned the negligence of the monarch's policy divisions, therefore, when the Zai Yi occurs, the king adopted measures to eliminate the disaster.
