本文收集一系列市售之軟性包裝容器,包括汽水瓶、養樂多瓶及飲料等容器。利用霍氏轉換紅外線光譜儀(FTIR)及微差掃描熱量儀(DSC)為輔助,鑑定材料之組成。本文並探討包裝材質之降伏、頸縮、冷抽、裂紋及結晶性等機械行為,由材料之拉伸行為比較各種材質在機械性質上之差異。 A series of soft packaging containers were collected from convenient stores, including beverage, yogurt, milk, and soft drink bottles. The Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer(FTIR)and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) as an auxiliary were employed to identify the components of the soft packaging materials. The mechanical behavior of the materials including yielding,necking, cold drawing, crazing, and crystalline was investigated. The comparison in mechanical properties between different packaging materials was established based on tensile behavior of the materials.
