    Title: 異黃酮磷酸酯衍生物的合成及其抗氧化與抑制酪胺酸酶活性之研究

    Abstract: In this report, 5,6,7-trimethoxy flavonoids derivatives were synthesized starting
    from 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol. The synthesized flavonoids were also experiment
    for their antioxidant activities, evaluated using assays of 1,1-diphenyl-2-
    picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC), and
    inhibit liposome peroxidation methods. And they were also evaluated using
    assays of inhibit tyrosinase for skin-lightening.
    在本研究以異黃酮結構為基礎,合成數種異黃酮之磷酸衍生物,並將此化合物進行清除1,1-diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl(DPPH)、當量抗氧化能力(trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity, TEAC)和抑制酪胺酸酶的試驗來評估美白的效果。異黃酮磷酸衍生物合成方法是以3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol為起始物進行Fridel-Craft acylation的方法引入一個芳香環,接著經由環化反應後,即可得到異黃酮。其次異黃酮經酯化反應及去乙基化反應,合成出數種異黃酮磷酸衍生物,此異黃酮磷酸衍生物溶解度和熱穩定性較異黃酮為佳,因而增加其生物應用性。在抗氧化及抑制酪胺酸酶活性的測試上,結果顯示,於DPPH及TEAC抗氧化能力,異黃酮磷酸鹽抑制能力與異黃酮相差無幾,且效果優於異黃酮磷酸酯,甚至7a在水中的溶解度較4a佳,使其7a抗氧化之效果高於4a;在抑制酪胺酸酶活性測試中,由於修飾過的異黃酮磷酸鹽衍生物對水的溶解度最佳,實驗證實抑制酪胺酸酶活性能力,異黃酮磷酸鹽 > 異黃酮 > 異黃酮磷酸酯。因此磷酸鹽衍生物在未來有潛力開發成多功能性之美白與抗氧化化妝品之原料。
