    摘要: 本研究利用1-甲基咪唑(1- methylimidazole)、1,2-二甲基咪唑(1,2 dimethylimidazole)、1-丁基咪唑(1-butylimidazole)及1-癸基-2-甲基咪唑(1-decyl-2-methylimidazole)等四種咪唑化合物與不同碳鏈長度之二溴烷基化合物進行烷化反應,然後再將化合物與六氟磷酸鉀(potassium hexa- fluorophosphate)或雙三氟甲烷磺酰亞胺化鋰(lithium bis(trifluoromethyl sulfonyl) imide)進行陰離子交換反應,製備成26種雙咪唑鹽離子液體化合物。接著經由(1)紙錠擴散試驗法與(2)最小抑菌濃度及最小殺菌濃度等方法評估其抗菌效能。結果顯示此雙咪唑鹽離子液體化合物對真菌之抗菌能力最佳,其次為革蘭氏陽性菌,而對革蘭氏陰性菌之抗菌能力最差。陰離子的不同會影響雙咪唑鹽離子液體化合物之抗菌活性,陰離子Br-系列之抗菌活性>PF6-系列>NTF2-系列。而烷基碳鏈長短也會影響雙咪唑鹽離子液體化合物之抗菌能力,烷基碳鏈長度八以上才有抗菌的效果。在本研究中癸烷取代基之雙咪唑鹽離子液體化合物9j有最好的抗菌活性,其對革蘭氏陽性菌(金黃色葡萄球菌及炫饃黖腄^和白色念珠菌有極低的最小抑菌濃度(7 μg/mL, 8 μg/mL和6 μg/mL)及最小殺菌濃度(10 μg/mL, 13 μg/mL和10 μg/mL)。
    Ionic liquids is one of the most popular in the green chemistry studies. Because ionic liquids are non-volatile, non-flammable, have low melting points, high conductivity and electrochemical, high thermal stability in a wide temperature range and relatively low viscosity, so it has been widely used in synthesis, electrochemical, catalytic, extraction and other fields. However, it had less relevant studies to explore the antimicrobial activity. Therefore,in this study we synthesize dicationic ionic liquids and test for antimicrobial activity and other related research.
    We synthesized dicationic ionic liquids from four different imidazolium such as 1-Methylimidazole, 1,2 dimethyl- imidazol, 1 1-butylimidazol, 1-decyl-2-methylimidazol pairs and dibromo of different carbon chain length .Then, the anion-exchange reaction taken for the products with potassium hexafluorophosphate or lithioum bis (trifluoro- methylsulfonyl)imide. The seven different carbon chain and

    three types anions of 26 kinds dicationic ionic liquid products were tested for antimicrobial activity. The effectiveness of antimicrobial was assess by (1) Disc Diffusion Assay (2) Minimal Inhibitory Concentration (3) Minimal Microbicidal Concentration. The results showed that the structure of the carbon chain length of compounds may affect antimicrobial activity, anti-bacterial short carbon chains are less affected. Different for the anionic antibacterial had no significant impact to antimicrobial capacity.
