近年來，醫院廣泛的應用資訊科技於經營管理與臨床照護，以期透過資訊系統的發展，來改善服務品質、作業效率與降低組織成本。而資訊科技於醫院之應用，其具體的產出即為醫院資訊系統。然而早期醫院資訊系統之發展欠缺整體性規劃，加上資訊人員不諳醫療作業之特殊性，導致使用者對於醫院資訊系統使用之困難與抗拒，而直接影響系統對組織效益之貢獻，因此在醫院資訊系統評估之研究發現，醫療人員對醫院資訊系統使用之接受度為系統成功之要素。因此，本研究從醫療資訊管理之觀點，透過資訊系統發展及使用者接受度等相關文獻探討與彙整，以Davis(1989)之科技接受模式為理論依據，加入系統發展考量之系統品質、資訊品質與資訊部門服務品質之變數，以延伸原科技接受模式，並以此修改後之模式，探討醫護人員使用醫院資訊系統之接受度。研究採問卷調查方式，針對個案醫院體系現職之醫護人員進行資料蒐集，所收集之資料以結構方程模式進行研究架構之關係模式驗證，以探討影響醫護人員對醫院資訊系統使用接受度之關鍵因素。本研究結果:為發展出以醫療訊管理觀點之醫院資訊系統使用者接受度的研究模式，藉以探討並確立影響醫護人員對醫院資訊系統接受之關鍵因素，此結果將提供醫院管理者對醫院資訊系統發展之策略考量，並以此結果作為醫療機構進行系統開發及維護之參考，或作為未來系統發展與改善之依據。 In recent years, hospitals extensively apply Information Technology (IT) in their management activities and clinical care, in hope of meeting the service quality requirements, improving work efficiency and reducing costs by light of the development of information system. The specific outcome of the application of IT in hospitals is the Hospital Information Systems (HIS). However, the development of the HIS over early years was devoid of overall planning, plus information personnel’s ignorance of the specificities of medical practices, this caused users to refuse the use of HIS, impacting the contribution of this system to hospitals. The researches in connection with the evaluation of HIS reveal that the acceptance of HIS by the medical practitioners while they are performing their duties has become a major issue, namely, whether the development of HIS can be accepted by medical practitioners is a key factor influencing the success of this system. Thus, this research will explore the acceptance degree of physicians and nurses to the HIS, through collecting and reviewing the literature relevant to the development of information system and the acceptance degree of users thereof and based on the technology acceptance model developed by Davis (1989) as the theoretical basis. In the form of questionnaire distribution among present physicians and nurses in a case hospital, this research is conducted to determine the key factors impacting the acceptance of HIS by medical workers, through gathering relevant information based on which the relationship mode of research framework is verified by employing structural equation modeling. The result of this research is used to work out a research model which is applied to measure the degree of acceptance of HIS by its users on basis of medical information management and to determine the key factors impacting the acceptance of HIS by medical staff. The result will provide hospital managers with an important consideration on HIS development, and provide management information system department with a reference for the development and maintenance of HIS or a basis for the improvement of this system.
