本研究目的在建立國內建築太陽能分析用「標準氣象年」(Typical Meteorology Year, TMY)之本土性氣象數據。由於太陽能光電系統的設計建置與當地日射條件息息相關。本研究鑑於國內目前缺乏經過平均化的台灣地區「全年逐時氣象資料」,亦即TMY格式之太陽能分析用氣象資料庫。因此由中央氣象局近十年期(1997-2006年)的長期逐時氣象資料中,根據美國再生能源實驗室(National Renewable Energy Laboratory, NREL)於1995年所公布的方法(Sandia Method),製作標準氣象年資料庫。本研究完成台北、新竹、台中、台南、高雄、花蓮及台東等七大個具有地理代表性大城市的「標準氣象年」。這些「標準氣象年」的內容包括氣溫、濕度、法線面直達日射量、水平面全天空日射量等四項建築太陽能分析用的逐時數據。有了這四項具代表性的「標準氣象年」,可使今後國內建築太陽能評估有一精確而可靠的定量數據。 The purpose of this study is to establish solar radiation data base for solar energy simulation of buildings in Taiwan. The Typical Meteorology Year for solar radiation which contains 8760 hourly weather data in a year is obtained by analyzing the characteristics of the building heat load and the climatic changes. Its raw data is compiled on the basis of the long-term weather data tapes of recent 10 years from Central Weather Bureau. It is considered to be a indispensable input weather data for dynamic energy simulation programs which are already introduced in Taiwan. This study is establish the seven cities (Taipei, Hsingchu, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Haulian, Taitong) where are supposed to represent the various climatic regions of Taiwan. This Data base contains four weather factors (temperature, humidity, direct radiation, diffused radiation factor) which are essential input data for solar energy calculation. Having this data base, the dynamic solar energy simulation researches could become possible and their quantities outputs could become more reliable and applicable.
